Ramen Guide to Vancouver

In Alphabetical Order:

Benkei: miso flavours are best. Get the secret-menu (ura-menu) ramen at the Robson St. location.
G-Men: a bit on the pricey side but free parking in Richmond. Good noodle texture.
Kintarou: for its massive sizes and rich soup. Very consistent.
Menya: I have to remember to go…
Motomachi Shokudou: same owners as Kintarou. More upscale (with some organic ingredients) but not that pricey. Slightly more innovative than the others without being ridiculously aznfusion.
Santouka: a really wonderful Tontotsu ramen, just go for the Shiyo. An extra plate of toro-niku (soft bbq pork) is a MUST.
